Booking and reservations

Service requests submitted through website forms are inquiries, not confirmed bookings. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and finalize arrangements. A booking becomes binding only after mutual confirmation via email.

Payment terms and cancellation policies will be communicated during the booking confirmation process and may vary depending on the service selected.

Workshop participation

Workshop participants must follow studio safety guidelines and instructor directions. Céramique Paris reserves the right to remove participants who disregard safety protocols or disrupt the learning environment.

Working with ceramic materials involves certain inherent risks. Participants assume responsibility for their own safety and should disclose any physical limitations that might affect their ability to participate safely.

Custom work and commissions

Custom pottery and commissioned art pieces require advance payment or deposit as specified during consultation. Design revisions are limited to two rounds unless otherwise agreed. Timeline estimates are approximate and may be affected by technical factors such as firing schedules and material availability.

Ceramic work is handmade and will show natural variation in form, size, and glaze appearance. Minor deviations from renderings or photographs are inherent to the craft and do not constitute grounds for rejection.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and layout, is the property of Céramique Paris and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from website content without explicit written permission.

Ceramic pieces created in workshops remain the intellectual property of their makers. Works created by Céramique Paris studio retain copyright with the artist, though physical ownership transfers upon purchase.

We may photograph workshop sessions and completed work for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or have your work documented, inform us at the start of your session.
